Creating Circular Economy Solutions: CE Hackathon 2022
CE Hackathon is a competition within the framework of the CE Camp Program, developed and implemented by FTU Innovation and Incubation Center (FIIS), Young Circular Economy Community (CEYC) and Youth+ to create opportunities for young people to approach, exchange and experience with the circular economy as well as improve their knowledge and skills about starting up business projects that have an impact on the environment and society, towards sustainable development.
During the competition, I received a number of valuable knowledge and skills including:
Solve real business cases related to the modern economic model - Circular economy;
Improve knowledge, skills, and critical thinking in solving business cases in each separate areas such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, and Technology;
Detailed learning and training on business cases and in-depth circular economy knowledge;
Connect and get support from a team of experienced professionals
Besides, I worked with the team of 5 enthusiastic members as a leader and led the team to conquer the 3rd Place Winner of the Contest "Creating Circular Economy Solutions: CE Hackathon 2022."
The business case that we have worked on is about the Marketing & Human Resources Problem of 3TFARM with the product of Cao Phong Orange. The company's vision wants to focus on customers with high income, therefore, we have worked with the company closely along with the mentor from FIIS to solve the Marketing & Human Resouce problems.
In the progress of solving business case, I have assigned different tasks to each of member based on their strengths. We have worked as a team very well even though we sometimes confused about each other's opinion.
